Shipping & Returns

  Wreathsbylee.com ships via the United States Postal System, using Priority Package Mail.  We also on occasion ship by UPS.  Our packages are securely packaged in heavy duty shipping cartons.

 

  We offer a flat rate shipping price of $9.95 per wreath.  The Matching Door Wreaths selection ship at the rate of $12.95 total. Mini wreaths ship at the cost of just $4.95 each!  We ship within the continental United States only.

 

  Products are shipped within 48 hours of order placement, excluding "Custom Made" wreaths or swags.  These products will be shipped upon completion.

 Wreathsbylee.com offers beautiful handmade one of a kind wreaths and swags.  We are sure that you will be very happy with your purchase.  In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy.  Wreathsbylee.com products are all packaged with care and shipped in sturdy shipping containers.  Should the product be damaged upon receipt, please let us know, before returning the product. 

  To be eligible for refund, the product must be free of exposure to the elements (including rain, snow, high winds, or other extreme weather).  Although all of the Wreathsbylee.com products are designed and crafted to maintain their beauty in the outdoors, we can not be responsible for extreme exposure to the elements.  To receive a refund you must return the product in the original shipping container.  Upon return of the product you will be issued a refund (less shipping charges).  All refunds will be given the day the item is received by Wreathsbylee.com.
